Manager - Social Media Marketing (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, videos that build meaningful connections and encourage our community members to take action).
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of our company's social content (Spread Brand Awareness).
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.
- Undertake content marketing initiatives such as blog writing to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Manage email marketing and text marketing campaigns.
- Engagement with media publications and PR agencies.
- Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
Requirements :
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
- Fluency in English.
