Manager - Social Media - Logistics Firm (5-10 yrs)
- Contribute to the development of the company's demand generation, brand awareness, online reputation strategy; execute that strategy against clearly defined Objectives & Key Results.
- Identify important target audiences (customers/groups/ forums/ influencers/investors) around the world, engage in appropriate - voice- and content on a regular basis.
- Create and maintain customized and engaging content for targeted social media channels/audiences aligned with our content and campaign calendars.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
- Create a regular publishing schedule for all geographies in line with editorial content and campaign calendars.
- Optimize each key social media channel to measurably expand the company's's virtual presence including SEO and generation of online traffic.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a - Social- way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Monitor industry and competitive social media sites for announcements, trends.
- Monitor online reviews and respond to each review (where appropriate).
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI); analyze key metrics and refine strategy and tactics as needed.
- Perform quarterly research on current social media benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Keep informed of new and changing social media best practices and adapt accordingly.
