Roles and Responsibilities :
- Understand Turing's audience demographics and behavior
- Research current trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and developers to ensure brand consistency
- Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, SEO and applications
Candidate Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Social media manager
- Hands on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Working knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical/Quantitative ability is desirable
- Experience/familiarity with Coding is a strong plus
- 1-4 years experience
- Strong eye for details
- Previous remote working experience is a good to have
- Hours - Must be willing to work and overlap at least 3-4 hours with US time zones
