Manager - Social Media - IT (3-5 yrs)
We are Hiring for Panchkula Haryana location, a full time Social Media Manager, working from office Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm .
The ideal candidate is a creative writer who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms and managing.
Role Description :
- Defining and managing all the content on social media channels
- Creation, curation, and publishing of daily content that aligns with our brand vision build meaningful community connections and interactions and encourages authentic engagement
- Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations. Lead the execution of email programs
- Develop new ideas ranging from stories, events/contests, visual designing.
- Plan social media campaigns and create related engaging and professional visuals/content optimized for the adopted platform and intended audience
- Blogging, creating social media profiles, managing regular posts, and responding to followers.
Minimum Requirements :
- Any Graduate/ Bachelor's Degree (preferably in fields such as communication, journalism, marketing, etc.)
- 3+ years of work experience in Social media, Digital Content writing, and editing
- 1 to 2 years in a Technology company based experience
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Experience in online marketing channels
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
Secondary requirements :
- With hands-on experience on SEO/SEM
- Worked in IT Services & Consulting
- Knowing what type of content works best on what platform, optimizing content accordingly, as well as understanding the different nuances of each platform
- Stay current with social media trends and tools - includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Analyze and report social media actions and campaigns on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs
