Job Summary :
- As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and engagement of our organization. You will oversee all social media platforms, create compelling content, monitor performance, and interact with our audience to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Duties/Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Manage and oversee all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
3. Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, that resonates with our target audience.
4. Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant discussions, and participate in conversations to increase brand visibility.
5. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community among our audience.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
7. Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
8. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our social media presence.
9. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization, to maximize ROI and reach our target audience.
10. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
11. Collaborate with the website management team to ensure website content aligns with social media strategies and SEO best practices, optimizing website performance for search engines and user experience.
12. Implement SEO techniques on social media platforms to drive traffic to the organization's website, improving its search engine ranking and online visibility.
13. Develop and curate tailored content for social media posts and dedicated websites of the company's various business verticals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, target audience preferences, and SEO objectives.
