Our client is India's upcoming Homestay Brand. They currently have 6 Apartments in Mussoorie and 4 in Dehradun. They are looking to expand in the year to come. Founded in 2021, our client has hosted over 1000+ travelers in the apartments. It is a full-stack operator brand that leases apartments for the long term and renovates them to suit the needs of long and short-term stays.

The Job

As a result-driven Social Media Manager, you will be working with a hard-working team in a stable India-based company.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Leading digital strategy and innovation through the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with business priorities.

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.

- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.

- Reviewing and optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.

- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels.

- Using A/B testing to optimise digital marketing performance.

- Analysing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Hospitality, Leisure, and Travel industry.

- Experience within would be a strong advantage.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
