Manager - Social Media - Food Blogger Business (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Be in charge of the social media presence and shape and build the brand identity of company's online presence
- Define the brands social media strategy and chart the calendar of campaigns and the execution plans
- Strong understanding of social media- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat. Understand what makes brands tick on these media, how audiences react. Should live and breathe social media
- Come up to speed on understanding the brand and then manoeuvre the presence on social. Pick out areas of affinity and then make the brand resonate strongly with selected audiences
- Ensuring clear and consistent voice and tonality of the brand across media
- Have a strong feel of the channel and audience pulse and conceptualise campaigns which will have a strong and lasting impact
- Oversee all social media interactions between customers and the organisation
- Build a strong network of influencers and communities
- Social listening when people mention the brand and understanding sentiment. Formulate replies and engage with consumers.
Required Experience & Skills :
- A great storyteller who loves conversations
- Degree in journalism, Mass Media, Communications or MBA in Marketing
- Great copywriting skills
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a social media agency or an advertising agency
- Worked on lifestyle brands a plus
