Manager - Social Media - Fashion Accessories (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Assist the team in the development of the overall social media marketing strategy
- Excellent and updated knowledge about social media platforms and handlings
- Implement social media marketing activities across all SM platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage the creation of relevant and engaging social media content for publishing onto various social media platforms
- Managing daily feeds on social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Analyze social media marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Recommend improvements to increase performance
- Stay abreast of social media best practices and technologies, social/digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
