Manager - Social Media - Education (4-7 yrs)

We are having an urgent opening for Social Media Manager position with one of the fastest growing food tech brand having more than 70+ QSR on a pan india level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, Facebook, Insta, LinkedIn, Watapp, etc
- Run social media campaign to strengthen audience engagement.
- Excited by good creatives, thrives on culture and inspired by smart strategy.
- Proven record of developing best-in-class and innovative social content and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Deep understanding of how social media plays a crucial part in building a brand, and what it means to be a brand steward- across all lines of work.
- Deep knowledge of social channel best practices, social publishing tools, and social listening platforms. Expert in reporting and key social media metrics for data-backed strategy across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Ability to identify and act on relevant trends, and how they map to business goals, that could be a fit for brand/social activations.
- Experience working with influencers and understanding of how they can help reach our marketing goals, strength in working with in-house creative ops/agencies/internal stakeholders to generate content and creatives across channels.
- Strives to constantly optimize social content strategies through testing, learning and reporting.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and balance short-term needs with long- term strategic initiatives, all with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess a high degree of integrity, ownership and pride in their work, whilst having a tonne of fun.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Requirements
- Creative & Analytical thinking, attention to detail, & strong desire to learn new skills is a must.
- Excellent writing skills and interpersonal skills; self-starter who is eager to learn and is resourceful
- Should be able to work under pressure whilst adhering to timelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- 4+ years of work experience in handling social media marketing for a B2C company, or agency. (Education industry will be an add-on)
- Education Bachelor's Degree or MBA (social media certification is an add-on)
- Well-versed with Social Media Platforms & tools for publishing, listening, designing & analyzing tools (Hootsuite, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
