Manager - Social Media/Digital Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Assignment with :
- Family office of a sports personality with multi-dimensional interests at our Nariman Point, Mumbai office.
The Role Purpose :
- We are searching for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager whose central goal is to help grow the celebrity brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.
- Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Role Description :
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Create brand messaging strategy and standards.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Act as community manager on social media accounts.
- Work with the leadership team to understand business objectives and revenue goals, as part of the strategy development process.
- Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities.
- Report on key results on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, revenue attribution, and so forth in form of work charts
- Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.
- Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Insta and so on.
- Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience.
The Person for the role :
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Graduate / PG in Marketing or related field esp in Digital space with about 3 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience working with HNI / Celebrity brand management will be preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-directing and agile, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
- Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.
- Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a finger on the pulse of what's happening in digital marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning.
