Manager - Social Media - D2C Wellness Brand (3-7 yrs)
Our client, a d2c brand based in Bengaluru is seeking a driven, passionate, and experienced Social Media Manager to join their growing team! In this role, you will play a key part in developing and creating engaging, informative, and high-quality content that educates, inspires, and sparks conversations within their community. You should know how to scale organic channels (Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn) and drive growth through measurable metrics.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with our brand goals and target audience on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Initiate podcast content and collaborate with agencies, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Create engaging content, including videos, articles, graphics, and social media posts.
- Maintain monthly content calendars for Instagram and YouTube, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Build and nurture strong online communities by actively engaging with our followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize our social media profiles and content for maximum visibility and engagement across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcast platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and industry best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
- Collaborate closely with team members in marketing, sales, and customer service to coordinate social media efforts and align with overall business objectives.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role focusing on organic channels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Excellent content creation and writing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience (bonus points if you have more).
