Manager - Social Media - Cosmetics/eCommerce (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Content Creation :
- Develop creative and engaging content for Nykaa's social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
Community Management :
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
- Foster positive interactions with Nykaa's audience, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Social Media Strategy :
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Nyka's overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
Campaign Execution :
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Nykaa's reach and engagement.
Analytics and Reporting :
- Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and e-commerce, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to Nykaa's online presence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
