Manager - Social Media/Content Marketing (8-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To develop social media strategy, work on engagement strategies, lead the development of strategic content and social media campaigns to help meet the goals of the team.
- Work with Employees, Functional heads, and senior executives to build content that fulfills the business and brand objectives.
- Develop content for websites and /modify the website and Mobile app from time-to-time to keep websites up to date.
- Produce content for the website, leadership articles and other PR programs.
- Formulate content plans to ensure social media outlets are populated with fresh, interesting, and innovative content
- Spot trends, engagement, brand integration opportunities, and campaign opportunities on social media
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Work with the design team/agency to execute social media calendars and grow follower base
Education & Required Skills :
- Bachelor's/Masters degrees in Journalism / Public Relations, business or English.
- Proof-reading and copy-writing skills are critical for the role
- 8-10yrs of content marketing / PR / Social media marketing experience in the B2B industry
- Conceptualizing content themes and understanding of design elements to deliver a best-in-class finished content asset
