Manager - Social Media & Content Management - Interior Design (0-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
- Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content
- Create a regular publishing schedule.
- Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Promote content through social advertising.
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, Pinterest
- Creates engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, Blogs & email Campaigns
- Excellent design, copy writing and storytelling skills
- Building and scaling brand social media accounts
- Building communities across relevant social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter, Pinterest and more.
Required skills:
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
