What You'll Do :
- Strategize & Execute : Plan and implement creative, data-driven social media strategies to grow our audience and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Content Creation : Conceptualize and produce high-quality content such as Instagram Reels, videos, carousels, and stories that captivate and engage.
- Analyse & Optimize : Use analytics tools to track performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and optimize strategies for better results.
- Trend Tracking : Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep our content relevant and engaging.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 2+ years in managing social media platforms, with proven results in increasing engagement and brand presence.
Technical Know-How : Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and design/editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
Content Skills : A creative storyteller with a knack for crafting engaging Instagram Reels and multimedia content.
Digital Savvy : Strong understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimise for maximum visibility.
