- We are seeking a Social Media and Communications Manager to join our marketing team. As a Social Media and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies and campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and sales for the business. You will also be responsible for crafting and delivering internal and external communications to stakeholders, prospects and customers.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience

- Manage and grow social media accounts including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms

- Develop and curate high-quality and engaging content for social media channels

- Monitor, analyze and report on social media metrics to track and optimize performance and ROI

- Plan and execute digital campaigns including paid advertising, social media, email marketing, whatsapp and other channels

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and maximise leads conversion

- Manage and create content for internal communications, such as company newsletters, memos, and announcement

- Ensure all communications are consistent on brand, and adhere to company guidelines and values

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages

- 0-2 years of experience in social media management, communications, or related fields

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and insights

- Updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices

- Experience with Photoshop or other graphic design software is a plus

- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Email marketing, Facebook and Instagram ads is a plus

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Mindful about timelines and open to learn
