Primary Responsibilities :

- Creating unique and interesting content best to attract customer interest through Digital Ads, Emails, SMS, Push Notification and social media channels like Instagram, youtube, snapchat, quora, reddit, facebook.

- Developing creative ideas and concepts for blogs, mailers, contests and other regular performances.

- Ensure purchase consideration by highlighting and communicating the right product value and proposition with right keywords.

- Ensure that the language is solution driven and based on the research.

- Highlight the product for the right usage to ensure that customers choose the right product.

- Advise and assist teams for all content-related matters.

- Effectively communicate brand story in the PR Articles.

- Ensuring the content on the products are correct with respect to description and usage.

- Being accountable for both, the creative performance and quality of writing (including style, tone, and accuracy).

Job Requirements :

- Graduate with 2 years' experience in a role focusing on content writing & creative writing.

- Strong knowledge and skill with MS Office tools.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, innovatively, and creatively using sound business judgment and quantitative skills.

- Add on with experience in working with Beauty, Wellness & Personal Care industry.

- Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker.

- Strong time management and prioritization skills.

- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in the English language.

- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

- Writing clear and original copies for blogs.

- Ability to write content for different purposes and ability to work well under pressure and communicate with multiple teams.

- Impeccable grammar and ability to create persuasive content

- Deep knowledge of social media and ability to write product focused or general content for it and the other non- specified jobs related to Designing

- Have a solid grasp over language, capability of managing things on own, develop yourself for the higher goals and execute all activities with respect to the Soulflower brand strategy.

- Coordinating with internal teams and understanding their briefs to provide respective content.
