The Job
Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Management:
- Own and execute the LinkedIn content calendar, focusing on thought leadership, product updates, customer success stories, and industry insights.
- Engage with our B2B audience by creating and curating relevant content to foster discussions, build relationships, and expand brand reach.
- Optimize LinkedIn posts for engagement, utilizing industry trends, platform updates, and hashtag strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and amplify personal branding for key executives and thought leaders.
YouTube Strategy & Management:
- Develop and manage the YouTube strategy, focusing on growing Netcore Cloud's YouTube presence through engaging video content.
- Work closely with the video production team to create compelling video series, including product demos, customer testimonials, webinars, and thought leadership discussions.
- Optimize video content for searchability and engagement, including video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Track performance metrics and report on audience growth, engagement, and video performance, - providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Instagram for Employee Advocacy:
- Lead and execute an employee advocacy program on Instagram, highlighting Netcore Cloud's company culture, employee stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Collaborate with the HR and internal teams to amplify key messages and leverage Instagram Stories and Reels to engage both internal and external audiences.
- Partner with employees to create authentic, shareable content that showcases Netcore Cloud's employee experience and thought leadership.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze social media performance, creating reports on key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, reach, and impressions.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content and inform future social media strategy.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with content, design, video production, and product teams to create consistent messaging across all platforms.
Stay updated with platform changes, social media trends, and best practices, sharing knowledge across teams to drive social media content and strategy innovation.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and YouTube channels, with a track record of growing brand presence and engagement.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content tailored to a B2B audience.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Sprout Social) and experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of SEO principles, especially in relation to YouTube.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail in crafting visually appealing, engaging social content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.
Preferred :
- Experience with employee advocacy programs on social media, particularly Instagram.
- Knowledge of the MarTech landscape and trends.
- Familiarity with video editing tools or the ability to guide video content creation.
