Social Media Manager
Responsibilities :
1. Post and publish social media content
2. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
3. Oversee social media accounts- design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
4. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
5. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
6. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
7. Good communications skills
8. Basic editorial and genuine care for written copy is a must.
9. You appreciate good design and content and understand the importance of consistency and quality on social media.
10. Motivated self-learner. You- ll be exposed to a buffet of learning opportunities and resources, you must be hungry to learn and be driven to do so autonomously. We have Learn days, and unlimited book budget, conference/training budget etc.
11. Training will be provided on the platforms and technologies you'll be required to operate on.
