Roles and Responsibilities :
Writing skills :
- You need excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills. Understand messaging from audience point of view
Speaking skills :
- You need strong speaking skills. You need sensitivity to an organization's goals and values and the ability to relay them to employees
Interpersonal relationship skills :
- You need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with all stakeholders
Creative skills :
- You need the creative ability to devise communication strategies Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential. Understanding the sector as well
Technical :
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
