Job Objective:
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, developing compelling content strategies, optimizing the organization's social media presence, and producing engaging content to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals and enhance brand visibility.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including paid promotions, to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
Platform Optimization:
- Optimize profiles across social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with current social media trends, tools, and best practices to integrate them into strategies and maintain relevance.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including project teams, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across social platforms.
Community Engagement:
Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to build strong relationships.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and exceptional writing abilities to craft engaging and audience-focused content.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design innovative campaigns and solutions.
- Ability to develop effective content strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Industry Knowledge:
- Familiarity with trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure up-to-date and competitive strategies.
- Prior experience in the architecture or design industry is an added advantage.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
