Manager - Social Media (5-6 yrs)
We are hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at a leading Machinery Manufacturing Company based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media strategy, content creation, and community management, with experience in industries such as Automobile, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Sustainability.
- This role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving growth through effective social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement a robust social media strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Content Creation : Design and curate engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and reflects the brand's values and industry relevance.
- Platform Management : Manage daily operations across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, ensuring consistent posting and monitoring.
- Community Engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and queries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships with followers and addressing any issues.
- Campaigns & Promotions : Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, industry events, and brand initiatives to boost engagement and visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze engagement trends, and generate monthly reports to assess the effectiveness of social media activities and guide strategy adjustments.
- Collaborations & Partnerships : Work with influencers, industry partners, and cross-functional teams to create impactful partnerships and amplify the brand's message.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools to continually improve the brand's social media presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience : Minimum 5 years in social media management, preferably within the Automobile, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Sustainability industries.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Creative Mindset : Strong ability to develop engaging content that appeals to the target audience and reflects industry trends.
Analytical Skills : Experience in tracking KPIs, interpreting social media analytics, and making data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach to engagement.
Project Management : Strong organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns, track deadlines, and manage collaborations.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in B2B social media for manufacturing or industrial companies.
