Manager - Social Media (5-10 yrs)
Job Description:
- Develop social media campaigns and strategy that help to achieve corporate marketing goals; Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Maintain the brand's YouTube account while generating engaging content. Generate visibility through optimized YouTube ads.
- Build and harness strong relationship with the influencers. Drive engaging and creative campaigns keeping in mind alignment of the influencer persona and brand TG
- Monitor, measure, optimize, and improve performance of our social media accounts and ads
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Perform deep dive data analysis to derive relevant consumer insights
- Create & present monthly reports to the leadership
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Work closely with creative & copy team to generate engaging content as per the trends & business objectives
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams
Skills:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Should understand the new age of social media platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, Quora, and others, to drive ads, content, and videos for engagement
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
