Manager - Social Media (4-9 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Social Media to lead our social media initiatives across the Automotive, Transport, Sustainability, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and social media management, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Engage with online communities and respond to inquiries to maintain a positive brand image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to leverage new opportunities for brand growth.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications :
- 4-9 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing social media for brands in relevant sectors (Automotive, Transport, Sustainability, Technology, Manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
