What You'll Do :
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Monitor the company's social media accounts, communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Manage the creation and publication of monthly social media calendar
- Monitor and report social media metrics
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- ORM handling along with community management
Your Superpowers :
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 4+ years experience in social media management
- Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
- Strong problem solving skills
- Content Planning and research
- Ability to interpret data of social media metrics
Added Advantage:
- Knowledge of BFSI industry with special attention to investments domain
- Technical knowledge of SEO
- Online Graphics tools like Canva, Figma etc. (We have a soft corner for artists!)
- Hands on experience with MS Office. (What is life in office, without MS Office?)
- Sense of humour! (Who doesn- t love some comic relief? We promise to reciprocate!)
