Manager - Social Media (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in social media management within the ecommerce, retail, or marketing industries. This role involves overseeing our social media presence, developing engaging content, managing client relationships, and leading a team to drive successful social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and business objectives.
- Content Creation : Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing strategic social media solutions.
- Team Handling : Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Social Media Tools : Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Trend Analysis : Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Crisis Management : Handle any social media-related issues or crises professionally and promptly to protect the brand's reputation.

Qualifications :
