Manager - Social Media (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management : Oversee and manage the company's social media profiles and presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and effective audience engagement.
Content Creation : Develop, curate, and manage engaging content tailored to each platform, including copywriting, visual assets, and video content. Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality, shareable content.
Client Management : Work closely with clients to understand their social media needs, objectives, and target audience. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with their business goals.
Team Handling : Lead and mentor a team of social media executives and content creators. Provide guidance and feedback to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Campaign Management : Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising and organic growth strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Social Media Tools : Utilize various social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) to schedule posts, track performance, and report on metrics.
Key Skills :
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and manage expectations.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
