Manager - Social Media (4-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute Meta / Facebook campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives.
2) Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
3) Create engaging and persuasive ad copy and visuals to maximize ad effectiveness.
4) Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
5) Continuously test and optimize ad elements such as targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
6) Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Meta advertising.
7) Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall
marketing strategies and goals.
8) Generate regular reports to provide insights on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
1) The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
2) Proven experience as a Meta / Facebook Ads Manager or similar role.
3) In-depth knowledge of Meta / Facebook Ads Manager.
4) Strong understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
5) Proficient in analyzing data and utilizing analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
6) Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
7) Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8) Strong organizational and time management abilities.
