Job Overview :
- We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands.
- The social media manager must run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee our customer service across all platforms.
- To be successful as a social media manager, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. A top-notch social media manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Running company social media advertising campaigns.
2. Formulating high-quality novel was written and visual content for each social media campaign.
3. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
4. Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
5. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
6. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
7. Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
8. Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
9. Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
10. Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
11. ORM knowledge, Facebook marketing, Insta Marketing, LinkedIn marketing, Twitter marketing
Functional (Technical / Experiential) Skills
1. 2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Team Lead, or 4-6 years of experience as a Social Media Executive.
2. Social media marketing experience.
3. Experience developing social media strategies.
4. Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
5. Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
6. Proven ability to build social media communities.
7. Understanding of graphic design principles.
8. Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
9. Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
10. High proficiency in Facebook marketing, Insta Marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and Twitter marketing.

Job Features
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Hadapsar, Pune
- Nature of assignments shall call for exercising one's flexibility for stretching beyond the normal working hours as and when required.
- Six days working per week with 11:00 am - 8:00 pm format with 01 hour of Lunch Break.
- No provision for WFH or Remote Working Mode.
- Candidates currently residing in Pune / PCMC shall be preferred.
Remuneration & Other Benefits: Hike on Current CTC (if currently employed), Paid Leaves, Paid Sick Leaves, Retiral Benefits, Maternity Benefits, Medical Benefits / Insurance, and Annual Performance Appraisal for Confirmed Employees, etc., on confirmation on the payroll.
