Manager - Social Media (4-6 yrs)
- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns for clients across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Experience in paid & unpaid campaign strategies
- Create and curate high-quality content (e.g., text, image, video, infographics) that aligns with clients' brand voice and objectives
- Manage social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, community management, and reporting
- Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
- Monthly audit and analysis of social media handles, including digital advertising costs and returns to determine efficacy and growth areas on social media platforms.
- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
- Conduct social listening and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, account, media, mainline) to ensure social media is integrated with overall marketing plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our agency's capabilities and service offerings
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Ensuring quality and timelines of work delivery to clients, including organizing monthly calendar, quarterly key account reviews with client's financial management and reporting of client portfolio
- Content Research and defining topics relevant to brands being promoted
- Active participation in strategy building for new and ongoing projects
- Deliver analysis and insights on campaigns, competitor and market
- Active involvement/ close coordination with division head for activities, measures taken for combined growth of digital media division
- Perform regular quality assurance/quality control checks on assigned client campaigns to ensure they are running as contracted.
Desired Skills/Experience :
- 4-6 years of experience in a digital first agency and not from creative or mainline.
- Self-motivated with a passion for social and digital marketing
- Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives
- Multitasker with an ability to get the job done with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement and meet deadlines with strong account management skills
- Awareness of and adherence to ethical practices
- Creative thinking and ability to ideate concepts, campaigns, product specific promotion ideas etc.
- Team Player ability to manage people and get work done in time and with quality
- Positive attitude
