Roles and Responsibilities
- Reputation management of our brand on social media platforms.
- The Social Media and Content Manager should be able to demonstrate their content, technical management, and communication skills.
- Ensure engagement of audience on the pages through regular posts and other activities.
- Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts and promotes brand-focused messages.
- Update listings on inhouse directory platform Forwarding legitimate leads, RFQs to the sales team.
- Conceive, create and execute online branding and innovative social media marketing content through Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Blog commenting, online discussion forums, and other social media platforms.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to the supervisor by using a social media monitoring tool.
- To create, schedule, and distribute the content - with boost posts and paid media.
- Plan, update, and oversee the social media calendar and ensure deliverables are received and deadlines are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and proven working experience in managing social media activities and campaigns.
- Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly. and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Fluent in written and spoken English/Hindi, with a strong team spirit, active thinking, and explore a passion.
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4+ years of experience in content writing, social media strategy & web-related marketing & development with a proven track record of increasing organic growth & generating potential TG Previous experience with a social media, digital or content marketing agency with proven.
- Someone rigorous, resourceful, sociable, creative, and self-motivated.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing.
- Solid analytical skills and ability to mine data for actionable insights.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
