We are looking for a dynamic Manager - Social Media to lead our social media initiatives across the Automotive, Transport, Sustainability, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media strategies and tools, with a passion for crafting compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences. You will be responsible for managing our online presence, engaging with followers, and driving brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content tailored to the Automotive, Transport, Sustainability, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors.

- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to measure success and inform future strategies.

- Manage and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

- Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.

- Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Key Skills:

- Proven experience in managing social media for brands, preferably in the Automotive, Transport, Sustainability, Technology, or Manufacturing sectors.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.

- Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).


- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
