Job Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media platforms' algorithm changes.
- Content Creation:
- Create engaging including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, YouTube) and Blogs and company website
- Client Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding social media campaigns.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their objectives.
Communication Skills:
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, managing brand reputation. Canva Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Canva and similar design tools for creating visually appealing graphics/ videos and content for marketing.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on data insights to improve results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong content writing skills with an ability to adapt style for different platforms.
- Experience in client management and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using Canva and similar design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Familiarity with YouTube algorithms and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve social media performance.
