Roles & Responsibilities:
- Planning and ideation for Branding on Social Media in different geographies/regions worldwide.
- Managing the social media marketing strategy for the company to align with the business goal; focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, and any other prominent channel in respective country/region.
- Execute social media strategy through competitive research.
- Define important social media KPIs and maintain the same.
- Leveraging strategic partnerships with top brands to increase brand recall, reach, and engagement with potential customers.
- Creating content that has the potential to go viral. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. graphics, videos, original text, info, and news).
- Coordinate with Creative & content team for ideation of concepts and copywriting for banner Ads and organic posts, in line with the overall brand strategy.
- Ideate, plan, and execute customer engagement activities through social media platforms.
- Social Listening and ORM of the Brand across the social channels.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Influencer Marketing for overall brand building, customer engagement, and reach.
- Monitor and stay up-to-date with trends in Social Media tools, design tools, applications, channels, technology, design, and strategy.
- Complement another marketing channel like SEM, SEO for a better customer experience.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- 4+ years of Social Media Management experience preferred. Online branding experience is a plus.
- Demonstrates creativity and enthused interest in Social Media.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms including (but not limited to) Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Candidates who have worked on social media and branding strategies for different countries/regions markets will be preferred. Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus.
- Expertise in generating (viral) content for social media platforms to encourage user engagement including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side for data-driven decisions.
- Is a team player, with the confidence to take lead and guide others in the team.
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses the ability to identify potential crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
