Manager - Social Media (3-7 yrs)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on global markets.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns in international markets.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Knowledge of TikTok and experience in leveraging it for marketing purposes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media & influencer marketing strategies for global markets like USA, UAE.
- Indepth understanding of UGC content for social & Influencers.
- Good knowledge on negotiation.
- Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in international markets.
- Create and curate compelling content tailored to different global audiences.
- Analyze social media marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
