Manager - Social Media (3-7 yrs)
1. Create, edit and implement engaging digital content for the assigned brands
2. Manage social & digital presence of the assigned brands including overall execution, online response management and maintenance of respective online media properties.
3. Keeping hands-on interaction across online platforms viz. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, 4. LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, relative blogs, forums and more
5. Actively collaborate with respective internal teams to meet the project & campaign requirements on a daily basis
6. Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns by virtue of having primary experience in managing & interacting with online consumers and the brand
7. Track all platforms and share assistance in their evaluation on a regular basis by generating reports for brands/campaigns' performance
8. Track and conduct competitor analysis to assist in providing data for a comprehensive understanding of the competitor performance on digital media platforms
9. Actively respond and react to the changes within online media networks viz. changes in functionality, methods of engagement, addition of new features and more
10. Learn media & respective online tools in order to master them for future courses thus aiding the brand
11. Participate to manage and update partner websites as deemed necessary
12. Overcome and manage routine challenges
13. Attend & cover events as deemed necessary
14. Liaison with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns & projects
15. Keeping abreast with new trends in the digital industry.
