Manager - Social Media (3-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Oversee social media accounts' design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter profile, etc.).
- Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Create and manage an online review strategy for the company.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SMO, and social advertising campaigns.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
