Below is the detailed job description :
- Handling social media presence of the clients on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Periscope, Linkedin, Snapchat, Youtube and others
- Creating engaging content and digital strategy for brands as per client's requirement
- Coordinating with clients for new trends, ideation, and promotion of the brand
- Creating monthly way forwards that includes contests and ideating on innovative hashtags
- Handling the Ads run for brands as per the budgets allocated by the client
- Maintaining the data of activities done on the social media platform and tracking ongoing conversations on daily basis.
- Generating performance reports of all social media activity and measuring the brand's overall growth
- Conducting regular market research and competition analysis to know about the latest trends.
- Taking care of all deliveries of the client as per SLA.
- Social media analysis that encompasses data collection, quality checks, making a logical story out of data gathered through various social media channels and developing appropriate frameworks & deriving valuable consumer insights and recommendations.
- Real-time tracking and responding to customer's queries and complaints.
