Manager - Social Media (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
A) Social Media
- Design and implement the Company's social media strategy in line with the business objectives
- Generate and share engaging content (text, pictures, videos, infographics, etc)
- Engage with followers and respond to queries
- Engage and build relationships with influencers and industry experts
- Collaborate with the Content team to distribute new blog posts/ebooks
B) Community
- Monitor and answer questions related to Company, the brand and product, on Quora, Reddit, etc
- Post content on Youtube, Instagram, Twitter and repurpose content on other platforms
- Participate in conversations in communities like Growth Hacker and closed Linkedin Groups
Requirements :
- Someone with strong writing and communication skills
- Live and breathe social media
- Do not shy away from being proactive, persistent and following up
- Love networking and building relationships
- Background in Journalism, Mass Communications or English Literature preferred
- B2B Saas experience is a plus
- Experience of 2 to 4 years in a similar role, handling social media platforms and online communities
