Manager - Social Media (2-4 yrs)
A social media optimization executive can be a marketer, a strategist, a copywriter, a designer, an analyst and a customer service rep- sometimes all in one day. An effective social media pro brings both hard skills and soft skills to the table, both types which take time and effort to develop.
Responsibilities :
- Development of relevant content, conceive designs of post and infographics and post the same on Social Media Platforms to reach the company's target customers.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
- Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns.
Requirements :

- Degree in any stream from an eminent institute
