Job Description : Social Media Manager
Location : Nagpur
Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Working Days : Monday to Saturday
Paid Leaves : 2 per month
Salary : - 8,000 to - 20,000 per month (depending on experience)
Education : Any graduate with a professional course
Age : 20-30 years
Experience : 1-2 years

Content Creation: Ability to create engaging posts (text, images, and videos).
Platform Knowledge: Expertise in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with followers.
Basic Analytics: Ability to track post-performance (likes, shares, comments).
SEO & SEM Knowledge: Understanding search optimization and paid ads.
Community Management: Manage interactions and feedback from followers.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends.
Time Management: Efficiently manage and schedule tasks.
Influencer Marketing: Experience in collaborating with influencers.
Adaptability: Ability to solve problems quickly and adapt to changes.
Languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi (optional)
