Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling Indian products global markets, with a strong background in social media marketing and influencer marketing for international markets. Candidates with knowledge and experience of handling TikTok is Mandatory is a benefit. But must have worked on an Indian brand which has global presence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media & influencer marketing strategies for global markets like USA, UAE

- Indepth understanding of UGC content for social & Influencers

- Good knowledge on negotiation

- Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in international markets.

- Create and curate compelling content tailored to different global audiences.

- Analyze social media and influencer marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a focus on global markets.

- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and influencer collaborations in international markets.

- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.

- Knowledge of TikTok and experience in leveraging it for marketing purposes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Note : Must have handled global markets and must know TikTok. Must have handled social media marketing and influencer marketing for international markets.
