Job Description -
The Manager - Shared Service & Client Support is a functional role - essentially acting as internal support system for various functions/services, which involves multi-dimensional and multi department activities including communication with customers at various hierarchical levels.
The main KRAs will be:
a) Process Dashboards Monitoring - Process dashboards monitoring and analysis on a daily basis for business intelligence generation and for identification of critical case monitoring, reporting and resolution as in point (b). These include processes like Sales, Insurance, End-of-Lease, Asset Funding & Loan module etc.
b) Client ticket closures - Analyze tickets raised by clients, allocate such tickets to various internal departments and ensuring closure of tickets as per TAT along with communication of ticket progress to customers as Service Delivery. Analysis of tickets include critical case identification and reporting the same to Product Head/Client
- Partners and initiate necessary activities based on instructions and follow up till final closure/resolution of such critical cases.
