About us :

Indian Institute of Technology Bombay - Development and Relations Foundation (DRF) is a not-for-profit section 8 unit. IITB DRF engages with our vibrant alumni community, philanthropists and corporations, with the goal of developing and sustaining long-term relationships. These groups are the key stakeholders in IIT Bombay's pursuit of excellence. We encourage the involvement and participation of the stakeholders in the Institute's strategic initiatives. IITB DRF assists fundraising endeavours by way of donor solicitations, managing donor programs, maintaining financial accounts and reporting impact of the donor programs.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery

- Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, graphic content,

- Review junior designers' work to ensure high quality

- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software

- Apply typography techniques

- Should have experience & expertise on conceptualising , brochures, Catalogues, Social media, Emailers, Collaterals, Videos etc.

- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

- Stay up to date with industry developments and tools

- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.

Requirements and skills :

- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role

- Portfolio of completed design projects

- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and other new AI tools, Canva etc.

- Proficient in design software (e.g. InDesign)

- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts

- Attention to visual details

- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

- BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field.
