Reports To : Segment Manager- Virtual Business


Purpose Of The Job :


- Manage the Distributor/HNI relationships through a team of Virtual Sales RMs.

- The position holders would have a complete ownership of the distribution & HNI relationships mapped to Virtual Business and would be responsible for achieving sales targets and desired market share, driving various business campaigns and business development.

Key Responsibilities :


- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns from the mapped relationships.

- Empanel & Activate distributors by providing timely support on product and skill training.

- Drive initiatives and campaign launched by segment team at HO.

- Regular monitoring & review of individual productivity of the team members.

- Ensure right selling by all team members (if any) through regular training.

- Ensuring Compliance with regulations.
