Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Wire/Cable Business (5-10 yrs)
Position: Sr. Manager / Manager - Sales (House wire)
General Purpose :
- To develop and establish organizational objectives. Effective management in Sales LDC.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Developing dealer/distributor market. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies
- Take approvals with consultants and those related to a project enquiry
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Expand, develop marketing platforms and implement marketing plans to improve market penetration
- Conduct seminars / contractor/wireman meets
- Monitor industry best practices
- Striking project sales till receipt of C form and payments
- Grooming the juniors
Education and Experience :
- Any Graduate
- Technical marketing skills
- Should be have a rapport in the retail segment
- Proven experience in wires /Cables
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant software applications
