DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development and Corporate Sales :
- Prepare weekly reports highlighting market trends, account development and new prospects.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skill to maximize every available opportunity.
- Build relationship with tour operators and travel agencies regarding tour package choices and products.
- Ensures a high level of exposure for the company through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts, and written communications.
- Create innovate and lead events such as sales missions, Roadshows, Itinerary and client's events to increase sales for the company.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the leisure/tour operator segment.
- Facilitate and strategize business expansion and achieve overall revenue growth annually.
- Create strategic road maps/action plans for each operation and direct reports on customer interactions, sales calls, business reviews etc.

- Maximize Revenue share, develop and strengthen the company's market presence.
- Create Sales strategy based on consumer demographic.
- Collaborate and tie up with media & potential B2B clients for strategic partnership.
- Ensure smooth network business relations with corporate clients such as Airlines, Tourist Offices and Tour Operators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship and tie ups with industry partners including Industry associations, operators and trade partners.
- Manage key corporate business and tourism partners.
Travel & Trade (Tourism Packages Desk):
- Promotion and Coordination of Group/ Tourism packages.
- Ensure markets are well defined, products are aligned to those markets and the promotion is effective thereby improving engagement, visitor numbers, ticket sales, event participation and occupancy.
- Manage key Corporate business and tourism partner.
- Qualifies leads and prospect gained from cold calls, newspapers, internet, referrals, sales blitzes, national sales offices, convention and visitors bureaus, and other sources.
- Continually monitor and control department expenditures.
- Determines annual budget and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Revenue Generation:
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
International and Domestic Sales:
- Monitoring competitors- activities and collecting data.
- Selling Online Domestic and International Tour Packages.
- Presenting, Convincing & Selling tour Package to Clients.
- Creating comprehensive and compelling strategic proposals that challenge the status-quo and convince Senior Management with added value.
- Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets
- Maintaining necessary data and records for future reference.
Reports:
- Conduct research and analysis on the performance of the sales and ensure prompt delivery and accuracy of daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly reports to the management.
- Give business presentations to the senior management team.
- Monthly / quarterly reports/targets analysis and solve issues/problems (internal/external).
