Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Television/Radio (2-10 yrs)
Job Description
- Responsible for overall Planning & Strategy towards achieving Airtime revenue targets from allocated market.
- Shall focus on maximizing revenue through:
Direct client business / Agencies
Taking new revenue initiatives
Making revenue based innovations
Monetizing Airtime
Prospecting through social media platforms
- Acquire & Negotiate with new Corporate/Retail clients
Shall be responsible for Deal optimization by:
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solution mix.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients & agencies.
- Team Management:
Shall communicate and specify organizational objective and motivate his team towards meeting revenue goals
Train & coach team members to get desired revenue goals.
Counsel, Educate & drive team to extract maximum mileage
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager in Mid / Large Sized Tele-media Company/Radio/Print Media.
- Updated knowledge of latest trends in Television/Radio. Print Media industry
- Extensive experience of Airtime sales.
- Keeping track of latest technological developments to provide solutions matching clients needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field
