Reporting to: Sales Head

Essential Qualification :
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a must.
- Min 3-6 years of experience in B2C
- Expertise in Telecom Sales/ Solution Selling/ Telecom Products
- Experience in Corporate Sales
Job Summary :
- Our client is seeking an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager - Sales to join their team in Hyderabad.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies to generate quality leads through a multi-tiered sales force, while understanding the market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
- The role requires a deep understanding of sales processes and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan.
- Prepare and submit an annual sales plan and budget to the Sales Head for approval, covering bandwidth, geographic spread of retail clients, sales manpower plan, and projected revenues.
- Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches.
- Ensure the implementation of approved sales promotion schemes across the Retail Business Vertical.
- Conduct reviews of the sales team on a weekly basis and visit 10% of all enquiries with the sales team.
- Design and submit MIS format for tracking and compliance against sales plan.
- Maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company.
- Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding the company/vertical vision, values, processes, and policies.
- Conduct sales training for improving functional and non-functional skills of the sales force.
Requirements :
- MBA with relevant work experience.
- Should have experience in handling a team.
- Good communication skills, reasoning, and analytical ability.
- Collaborative approach and a team player.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Capability to understand the customer needs and strong business acumen.
- Ability to handle large teams and handle multifunctional projects.
