Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Revamp Project Sales (6-10 yrs)
Position: Manager / Sr. Manager Revamp / Project Sales
Qualification: Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering Electrical /Mechanical Preferred Master in Sales/Marketing
Experience: Minimum 6 -10 years of related sales Experience.
Salary: As per market standard
Job Location: Delhi
Preferred : Experience in HVAC or Electrical / FF & FDS or FAS fields in Delhi/ NCR
Roles and Responsibility:
- Demonstrate and use expert know how for new client acquisition and relationship through sales of Electro-mechanical services of the entire MEP services with all its aspects like revamp sales, HVAC/Electrical project sales and estimation.
- Exposure of sales of Electrical/HVAC projects with an established client base.
- Conversant with Delhi NCR market, project consultant connect.
- Corporate sales and business development operations.
- Generate leads for opportunities within the territory & ensure conversion of leads to business orders.
- Lead techno-commercial meetings with clients.
- Have hands on experience in handling revamp project sales business of any type of electro mechanical utility services.
- Must be able to perform all pre and post tender activities of elctro mechanical project sales till the closure. Manage additional resources for carrying out the job responsibilities
